David Clayson BSc, Managing Director
David has held a number of senior positions with responsibility for advanced technology projects. Prior to founding Irisys, David was Operations and Commercial Director of Plessey Research & Technology, and GEC Marconi Materials Technology Limited, where he headed a team of 170 research, development and support personnel.
Steve Dunn-Massey BSc ACA, Finance Director
Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with Ernst & Young, and has spent the last 20 years working in industry in various senior positions. He spent ten years with Morgan Crucible in the Advanced Ceramics division, including five years in the USA as CFO of a Technical Ceramics manufacturing plant. More recently, Steve has spent the last six years working as a Finance Director in businesses backed by the private equity sector. He has achieved two successful corporate transactions selling UK technology businesses to suitable overseas trade buyers.
Lindsay Galloway BSc, Technical Director
Lindsay has 30 years experience of the security industry. He was formerly a director of Guardall Limited, Vice President of Marketing for Aritech and, prior to joining Irisys, oversaw the test laboratories of the Loss Prevention Council.
Bruce Montgomery BA, Commercial Director
Bruce has 25 years experience in retail and retail systems, having previously worked for Allders, Arcadia, NSB, and BT Expedite. His experience ranges from customer service, project management and consultancy, to commercial management. He is an experienced commercial director with expertise in commercial negotiation and legal matters, particularly as they pertain to the retail, and retail systems marketplace.
Chris Precious BA, President Irisys Technologies Inc., Sales and Marketing Director
Chris is an experienced sales director with particular expertise in retail. He was formerly Sales Director at NSB Retail Solutions, a dedicated supplier of software products and services to the retail market. Chris is responsible for all of Irisys’ sales, support and partnership activities in customer experience management and customer traffic flow verification.
John Smith BSc, Operations Director
John has over 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He was formerly Operations Manager in GEC Semiconductors and prior to joining Irisys was Vice President Europe for Photronics, a leading supplier of masks to global semiconductor manufacturers.
Ian Wilcock BSc, PhD, MBA, Chief Operating Officer
Ian was a senior business leader within Experian and one of the original Directors of FootFall. He was an integral part of the team that built FootFall into a profit making business and subsequently sold it to Experian in early 2006. Ian has a proven track record in growing businesses and products from a wide set of perspectives – overseas expansion, structural change, proposition development, sales, commercial and marketing management. Previously, Ian worked in scientific instrument sales and marketing management and consultancy with Renishaw plc, has an MBA from the University of Bath, a PhD & BSc in Chemical Physics from the University of Edinburgh and undertook postdoctoral research in physics at the Max Planck Institut in Berlin. Ian is also a non-executive director of Path Intelligence Ltd.
